Lincs 3D Professional 3D Printing

FDM 3D Printing

From idea to reality, here is where your product really comes alive. FDM is a 3D printing process that uses a continuous filament of a thermoplastic material.

Filament is fed through a moving, heated printer head, and is deposited on the growing work until your product is complete.

This can take anywhere from an hour to days, depending on size and detail, rest assured, your 3D project will be delivered on time and on budget.

Unlock Your Creative Potential with Affordable, High-Quality FDM 3D Printing

Lincs 3D only use high quality 3D printers to ensure high quality 3D printed results.

The extra large printer that we use is the Prusa XL which gives triple extrusion and an extra large build volume of 360 × 360 × 360mm (14.17 × 14.17 × 14.17 inch).

The large printer that we use is the Raise 3D Pro2 Plus which gives dual extrusion and a large build volume of 12 × 12 × 23.8 inch/ 305 × 305 × 605mm.

We use the Prusa MK4 for the smaller projects. 3D printing can be used to create objects quickly, affordably and with great detail. Our talented designers can elevate ideas into physical designs.

Bambu Lab H2D Printer

The H2D’s BirdsEye camera, combined with computer vision algorhtims, delivers top-view alignment accuracy up to 0.3mm. This advanced spatial alignment allows Lincs 3D to place the tool path at the right position on the material – truly “what-you-see-is-what-you-get.”

Leveraging real-time images from the BirdsEye camera, Bambu Suite can automatically arrange your project according to the shape of the requested material, i.e left over plywood from the previous project. This feature helps us get the most out of every material.

An ultra-accurate vision encoder plate, combined with 5µm resolution optical measurements to track and correct toolhead motion, enables Lincs 3D to achieve consistent and reliable distance-independent 50μm motion accuracy across the entire workspace, one order of magnitude better than its predecessor.

Detailed Printing

Unlike legacy systems with single filament run-out detectors, the H2D features comprehensive material flow monitoring. Throughout the AMS-to-nozzle path, 15 strategic sensors form an intelligent network, continuously tracking five key parameters: feeding velocity, tension, filament tip location, extruder thermal environment, and dynamic extrusion pressure. This establishes an industry-leading filament behavior control system.

Peace Of Mind With Every Print

Prior to each operational cycle, H2D’s vision system initiates a comprehensive pre-flight checklist: Chamber Integrity Scan – Detects debris across the entire print surface. Hardware Configuration Audit – Instantly identifies nozzle dimensions and build plate properties. Digital-Physical Alignment – Automatically verifies consistency between detected hardware specifications and active slicer parameters.

All of the above means BETTER prints, MORE detailed projects, LESS waste (more economical) and more importantly, more affordable 3D printing call today to enquire about your project.

Prusa XL 3D Printer

Our Prusa XL offers a true multi-material experience, giving you the option to combine materials like soft TPU with durable PCCF in a single print. Or, for less demanding projects, we can use PLA as support material for PETG objects, making the removal of supports much easier.

With three toolheads, our Prusa XL offers unmatched multi-material performance and speed with extremely fast tool changing and advanced technologies to deliver high-quality and colorful 3D prints with minimal-to-zero waste.

Our Prusa XL runs on the latest embedded 32-bit platform

With support for ultra-fast printing thanks to the native implementation of Input Shaper and Pressure Advance. Combined with the next-generation extruder, Nextruder, and its Loadcell sensor, the system can deliver an always-perfect first layer across the entire print surface

Triple Extruder:

The toolchanger is what really sets the Original Prusa XL apart from other CoreXY 3D printers. The printer’s configuration allows for docking up to three toolheads and switching between them in a blink of an eye. You can preload up to three different filaments and truly take advantage of full multi-material printing. PLA combined with FLEX? PETG with PLA supports? The Original Prusa XL can deliver stunning results – fast!

Modular Heatbed:

To further improve the quality and reliability of printing, the XL is equipped with a modular segmented heatbed driven by a separate electronic board. The heatbed consists of 16 individually controlled tiles designed to prevent heat deformation which is usually present in printers with a single large heatbed. You can always find the perfect print surface for your material with our proven double-sided print sheets with various types of surface textures.

With eight times larger print volume compared to the MINI+, no project is too big for the XL!
