From your first prototype to a part you thought you could never replace. 3D printing, scanning and CAD expertise, all in one Lincoln studio.
You might have a sketch, a CAD file or a component in your hand. We help you find the next step—and bring the design, scanning and printing together to get there.
Turn an early concept into something you can hold, fit and evaluate. Develop your design through practical iterations before committing to the finished part.
02Recreate an existing component, recover missing design information or adapt a part to a new purpose. From physical sample to a usable CAD model.
03Capture the shape of an existing object for reference, replication or the next stage of CAD development. A practical starting point when drawings are missing.
04Develop a new design, refine an existing model or solve a practical fit problem. Clear, purposeful CAD that supports the way the part will be made.
05FDM printing for one-off components, prototypes and repeat parts. Practical material advice and a review of your model before the job goes to print.
Working alongside HarvestEye, we helped develop custom 3D printed enclosures for their handheld devices, refining the design as the product evolved.
From the outer casing to internal components, the project brought together CAD refinement, practical prototypes and functional printed parts. Each version helped turn the next design decision into something tangible.

“Excellent customer service, print quality and accuracy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring 3D printing services.”Gary — Hindles
A prototype gives you answers a screen can’t.
Check how an enclosure fits. Hold a new product in your hand. Find out whether an assembly works the way you imagined. We help you move from a concept to a physical model, then refine the details through practical feedback.
With CAD design and printing in one place, each iteration can build on the last. Start with a sketch or bring an existing model—we’ll help shape the next version around what you need to learn.
Let’s develop your prototype ↗You work directly with the people developing your project. We agree the brief, review the details and keep the next step clear.
Upload an STL, share a drawing or tell us about the part. Photos and key dimensions are useful if you don’t have a model.
We review the design, intended use and material options, then confirm the scope, price and expected timescale with you.
We scan, design or print as agreed. Where the project calls for it, we use a prototype and your feedback to refine the result.
Upload your STL, rotate the preview and explore material, colour and quantity options. Get a guide estimate, then prepare your files for a reviewed quote.

Yes. A sketch, photo, drawing or physical component can be a starting point. We’ll discuss whether CAD design, scanning or reverse engineering is the right way to develop a usable model.
Often, but we need to assess the sample and its intended use first. Send clear photos, approximate dimensions and any information about how the part fits or works. Missing or damaged features may need to be reconstructed in CAD.
No. It is a guide based on model geometry and the selected settings. We review printability, supports, material and the requirements of the job before confirming the final price. Delivery and any applicable VAT are confirmed separately.
The online estimator accepts STL files. For CAD design, scanning or other file formats, email us with what you have and the result you need. We can agree suitable input and output formats before starting.
Yes—tell us that you want to validate a sample first. We can scope the prototype and any later batch separately, so you have a chance to check the design before proceeding.
Timing depends on the size, quantity, design work, material and current workload. We confirm an expected timescale when reviewing your brief. If you have a deadline, include it in your first enquiry.
